In September 2023 DeSalvo's first solo show, “A Bus Tour in the Woods: Visual Duets with her Father,” is taking place at the Hopkinton Center for the Arts. It is in conjunction with their main gallery exhibition  by portrait photographer Joe Wallace called “The Day After Yesterday Exhibition: Portrait of Dementia.” DeSalvo's work in this exhibition focuses on an exploration of dementia inspired by a specific hallucination that her father had while experiencing dementia at the end of his life.
